employment counseling and human resource management. This practice area includes advising business clients proactively on
compliance issues under employment discrimination laws. This approach is designed to minimize or
reduce the prospect of adverse agency proceedings, reduce the risk of employee lawsuits, and
promote or enhance employee performance and morale within the client's workplace. Our
employment practice area includes drafting personnel manuals, employment contracts, non-compete
agreements, and restrictive covenants.
